No Returns Policy
MYYELLOW does not offer returns for any products once delivered. We request customers to review product details, sizing, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or

The product received is of an incorrect size (different from what was ordered)
You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

Must be in original packaging with tags intact

Proof of purchase (order confirmation / invoice) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

⚠️ Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product or incorrect size, contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
